With over 25 years teaching practice behind her Caroline has a choice of classes available to you. With a passion originating in the Fitness World many moons ago she started out teaching good old Fashioned Exercise to Music. After a series of injuries made the transition into more Body Mind Spirit classes, teaching Iyengar Style Yoga initially and with a passion for Ashtanga started teaching Fitness Yoga and a variety of Mat Based Pilates including Fitness Pilates.
Having taught for many years in Special Needs groups has quite a passion for the less able, and always offers Chair options in her classes where needed.
All her classes are now available online via Zoom with your first class free and monthly subscription enabling you to attend all manner of classes from Yoga, Pilates, Hiit, Mini Ball and Activation Band workouts to morning Sun Salutes and Evening Relaxations.
