All orders placed are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
I have made every effort to accurately describe the products on my website. However all products are handmade and I cannot therefore guarantee the exact colour and look as each batch may vary slightly.
The current shipping time is 1-3 working days but I will always try to dispatch as soon as possible. Items are sent by Royal Mail second class services and I can provide proof of postage if required. Larger orders over 2kg will be send via a private courier.
If you have selected for Home Delivery or Collection, I will email you with the available options to you upon receipt of your order.
Please note all items are Handmade, most items are in stock but sometimes they are made to order and this can increase the dispatch time by, if you are affected by this I will email you upon receipt of your order to advise you on a more accurate lead time, should you not be happy with this a refund can be arranged.
This website does not require its users to provide any personal information, such as name, address, or contact information in order to view the website. When Lotus Therapies Whitstable receives any personal information through the "Contact Us" form, I will not use the information for any other purpose except to respond to queries and requests from the customer. Customer information is only gathered when an order is placed and Lotus Therapies Whitstable only uses this information internally in order to make a delivery. I do not store credit or debit card numbers.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
I hope you love my products as much as I do. However if you change your mind about a product it may be returned unused, in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days. I cannot for hygiene reasons refund or exchange any product which has been used. Please note Postage is non-refundable.
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact me via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can arrange a replacement.

If you are late for your scheduled appointment this time your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
Cancelled or Amended Appointments
I ask for 24 hours notice of amendment of your appointment otherwise full payment will be required.
No Show Appointments
Payment will be required in full for any No Show appointments
